Attempting to Master Warrior 2
I started taking the odd yoga class 5 years ago. After a 30 day yoga challenge saw what a difference it made in my day. I took a bit of a break for a year, but missed it so much. I have been practicing regularly again for the past year, and am starting to see significant improvements.
It takes time..
Slowly each day, each practice I get a little better. My goals for this year are headstand, crow and better posture! (Tuck in those lower ribs!)
The slower practice
I have learned to love the yin or restorative style practices. I often find them more challenging than the physical practices. It is difficult to sit still with your thoughts in discomfort. I hope to continue to improve, and practice the mental challenge.
